TYT Confinement Herbal Bath (1 box comes with 2 sachets)
TYT Confinement Herbal Bath is the modern mum's answer to health and cleanliness during her post-natal or confinement period (usually observed by Asian women for a month after they've delivered their babies). If you've had a normal delivery, you can bathe after 7 days. If you've had a Caesarean section, you can only bathe after 10 days. Although you may not bathe during your no-bath period, you are allowed to sponge yourself. However, you may not sponge yourself with cold water as this will cause severe headaches as a result of 'wind'.
You can now sponge or bathe easily with TYT Confinement Herbal Bath based on a traditional formula. Made from specially selected herbs, TYT Confinement Herbal Bath warms up your body, removes 'wind', improves blood circulation and gives you relief from birthing aches.
Traditionally, if you were to take a bath during your confinement period, you'd need to prepare a proper confinement bath. The necessary herbs must be bought from the market or medical halls and they may not even be available all year round. They are then washed before being boiled in a large pot. You'd need to discard the boiled herbs before you can use the herb water as your bath water. All in all, this is a messy and tedious task.

We've made this much easier and convenient for you with TYT Confinement Herbal Bath. Pre-selected herbs are packed in neat sachets. They are easy to use and available all year round.

How to use:
Put 2 sachets into 3 litres of water and boil them for 15 to 30 minutes.
The longer the herbs are immersed in the boiling water, the strength of the herbs are more enhanced, not to mention the more fragrant your bath water! Turn off fire and allow the water to cool a little before using it for sponging or bathing. You may mix a little more warm water into this mixture if it is insufficient.
For sponging, 1 sachet is sufficient.
For bathing, use 2 sachets.
