How long can I store the breastmilk in the Breastmilk Storage Bag?
The storage guideline is as below:

How do I thaw frozen breastmilk?
We recommend thawing the breastmilk by removing the frozen breastmilk from freezer and place it in
the refrigerator to allow the breastmilk to turn into liquid state before warming up. The breastmilk can
also be thawed in a bowl of hot water (around 40 degrees). However, please do not use hot/boiling
water or heat it on a stovetop to thaw as it may destroy the nutrients in the breast milk. It is
recommended to freeze the breast milk storage bay flat as it may make the thawing process quicker.
